What should I do if I damage a machine?

Contact your account manager or the EquipmentShare service line.

If a machine is damaged on your site or in your care, you must let your account manager, or the service line know.

If the machine is on its side or major damage DO NOT move the machine. Make sure any hazards are clear, everyone is safe and then take photos of the machine as is.    

From there the correct technician will be in touch and establish the best course of action.

We want you back up and running as quickly as possible, this action could be swapping the machine out or having a technician onsite very quickly.

We will keep you in the loop with the progress.  

This could include investigations onsite and of processes.
